Servo motor, also known as servo motor, is a device used as an executive component in automatic control systems. It can convert the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft.

Textile machinery and equipment, etc. Servo motors can be divided into two categories: DC and AC servo motors. Their main feature is that there is no self rotation phenomenon when the signal voltage is zero, and the speed decreases uniformly with the increase of torque.

Servo motor is a commonly used type of motor in control systems. Servo motors can provide better control and positioning, making them ideal applications for robots, aircraft control systems, and industrial automation. They typically consist of motors, gear trains, control circuits, and position feedback mechanisms. The basic principle of servo motor operation is to rotate to a specific angle position and maintain that position. The position of the server is controlled by sending control signals to the motor, which is usually a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. The working principle of a servo motor is that it can effectively control the position, speed, and torque of the motor based on the input signals of the control system. This is mainly achieved through a servo control system, which includes sensors, controllers, and feedback loops to monitor the actual position and speed of the motor, and adjust the control signal of the motor according to the required position.

The penicillin bottle production line includes: automatic tube loading, automatic molding, and transfer to the front-end inspection line (also known as production control) through a robotic arm. The inspection items of the inspection line include: 1. inner and outer diameter of the bottle mouth 2, length of the bottle body 3, outer diameter of the bottle body 4, edge thickness of the bottle mouth 5, and inspection of the concave size of the bottle bottom; The qualified products that have been tested are then transferred to the annealing furnace mesh belt using a mechanical arm chuck. After being subjected to high temperature and stress reduction, they are cooled down again. The tempered small bottles are then transferred to the rear end inspection line through pneumatic suction cups, and the rear end inspection (also known as re inspection or final inspection) is carried out. After taking photos at the rear end, the inspection items are as follows: 1. Check the existing specifications and dimensions 2. Appearance inspection (① black spots, ② cracks, ③ glass debris inside the bottle, and ④ bubble lines). The qualified small bottles are then transferred to the bottle sorting line through suction cups, and the small bottles on the sorting line are directly loaded into the paper box through suction cups. Unqualified products automatically flow into the waste box.

The main characteristics of servo motors include high precision, high performance, and high stability, which make them commonly used in applications that require position control, such as robot technology, CNC machine tools, automation systems, printing machines, etc.

The duration of the pulse determines the position of the motor. The servo motor uses a position feedback mechanism to determine its actual position and adjust its operation to match the desired position. There are several types of servo motors, including direct drive, gear drive, and AC servo motors. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages, and is suitable for different applications.
